The purpose of this assignment is to critically analyze the role of leadership, communication, relationship building, and interprofessional collaboration in transforming health systems and improving outcomes. Graduate nursing students will apply leadership concepts, reflect on collaboration and teamwork experiences, and propose strategies to enhance interprofessional practice and health system transformation.

- Provide a brief overview of the importance of leadership, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building in nursing.
- State the purpose of your paper with a thesis statement and connect it to the course objective.
- Leadership Styles and Theories

- Propose evidence-based strategies for improving interprofessional collaboration, communication, and team building in health systems. Evidence based strategies will be cited and referenced.
