Learning done on the life of the minority groups found in Australia. The Aborigines are
shown to have lived in marginalized settings as revealed by the study. The study also confirms
that there is a high tendency for tourist to have an interest in visiting these minority groups. In
this study government authorities were sought for assistance with regard to direction and acting
as tour guides. There was also a government official to take the students triught5hed learning
process especially on issues regarding the history of the aborigines and the ways of life of this
people at the moment. Living in the marginalized parts of the country was also a factor that
formed the students’ concern during the study. Materials used in this learning process included
the books given by the school as well as the additional material added to by the local authorities.
There was a session where the students were also allowed to have an interactive and
familiarization session where they were allowed to know each other and discuss issues of their
student life as well as bring out the factors that they expected will affect their learning experience
at the field. They were also allowed to engaged in a constructive debate on how they hoped to

Field trip conducted reveals more about the lives of the minorities in Australia. During
the trip, we were encouraged to take note of any peculiar occurrence in the course of study.
Students were put into groups for easy assessment by the supervisor. The groups were made up
of students from both sexes and in equal proportions. Learning was further boosted by the
availability of the supervisor on full days of the week. Rules and regulations that were going to
guide the students as they studied were also laid down in the field by the students themselves
guided by the tutor. I a bid to have the work well documented while conducting the field study,
the students were allowed to have the a record of all the occurrences right from when they
entered the field of study of the tike they would leave. No room was given for any occurrence
escaping documentation since they were urged of record every single even whether major or
otherwise. The results of the studies and observations were to be analyzed later in class as the
supervisor required. However, while at the field, there was a requirement that all the students
needed to have a research book with the guidelines tom the study of the minorities written
clearly. These guidelines were earlier given while the students were in class. There was also a
need to have a partnership between the local people and I this regard, the supervisor made
arrangements to have on the member of the local community join the students in their discussion
and act as a respondent.

Australia ahs been rocked by racial discrimination ever since the end of the colonial era.
The white co9lonialist from Britain who colonized the country are in constant loggerheads with
the local aborigines and are now showing signs of discord and strained relations with them. In
this week’s study, focus was set on the nature of the relationships between the blacks and the
whites in this country. They have always shown signs of racial strain and the study was focused
on establishing the nature and the extent of this strains. Students were also focusing on the
impact of the racial divide between the black and white people in other parts of the world as
well. This was more of an overall look into the study of the world situation in the terms of racism
and prejudice based on skin color. The love-hate relationships that have at times caused serious
